The Day Porter is responsible for the cleaning of all interior and exterior common areas on the property.  This position also assists the maintenance manager and other employees with light maintenance and other duties as assigned.  The Day Porter is a crucial member of the team to ensure that the property is maintained and clean for the residents and customers.


  • 60% Cleaning
  • 20% Lawn and garden care and snow removal
  • 20% Light maintenance


  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively with others and to present a positive, professional image
  • Common sense and good judgment in day-to-day matters
  • Neat, clean, and appropriate appearance
  • High school education
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform all duties in all types of weather conditions

Title Building Engineer
Location Salt Lake City, UT

This position provides a leading role and covers all areas of the commercial and residential buildings that have chillers/boiler plants.  It includes knowing and working with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, telecom/data, cable/satellite tv, doors, windows, elevators, landscaping, garage door operations, boilers and fire suppression system, ingress/egress. The individual performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned through the maintenance system, building management, and the Chief Building Engineer.  They work with contractors and tradesmen to complete work on the property. They are be able to operate building automation systems.  Their work includes interacting with the buildings occupants to resolve their concerns as directed by building management.


  • Provide care and maintenance of buildings in our portfolio as assigned.
  • Perform preventive maintenance in building common areas.
  • Perform periodic maintenance in tenant occupied spaces.
  • Resolve problems in the building reported by occupants and others.
  • Coordinate work by outside vendors
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years’ related work experience
  • Experience with mechanical and operating equipment, such as: chillers, boilers, coolers, and building automation preferred
  • Experience with building controls preferred
  • Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new building systems and processes
  • Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
  • Able to work as a team and as an individual
  • Demonstrated ability to complete simple and complex assigned tasks
  • Adept at problem solving – brings solutions, not just problems
  • Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Proficiency with computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required

Physical Demands:

Title Scrub/Sweep Operator
Salary $14.00/hour + full benefits

Job Description

As directed by the Scrub/Sweep Supervisor, this position operates equipment to clean and extend the service life of the parking facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining equipment. Also responsible for maintenance and repairs of the equipment. This includes parking scrubbers, sweepers, pressure washers, and trucks.

Schedule: M-F 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM


  • Operate sweeping & scrubbing equipment
  • Maintain sweeping & scrubbing equipment
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Clean driving record
  • 1-2 years’ experience maintaining heavy equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, climb ladders, work in all weather
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems
  • Ability to understand and follow directions and work as part of a team
