Under the direction of the Sr. Parking Manager, this position exists to administer, coordinate, and oversee all operations within the monthly and daily attendant parking functions of the parking department. This position motivates, trains and oversees all parking office staff, the day supervisor, and day attendants. The Daily Parking Manager develops monthly and daily parking policies and procedures. These policies and procedures are consistent with the afternoon/evening operations policies and procedures. The Daily Manager and Event Manager collaborate to create an excellent team environment. This position is directly responsible for monthly and daily attendant customer relation activities.
60% – Customer service and oversight of monthly and daily attendant operations
15% – Training, scheduling, and evaluation of parking office staff and
15% – Vendor coordination, special projects as assigned, etc.
10% – Develop and maintain annual operating budget
